Fife based Lomond Timber Frame, part of the Lomond Group, has
secured a raft of contracts worth £250,000.
Orders have been rolling in for the company, which is one of
Scotland’s foremost timber frame manufacturers concentrating on
bespoke design for the individual homes market.
The company has won contracts to supply timber kit and erect three
bespoke new homes:
• a 535sqm bungalow in Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire, with five
bedrooms and six public rooms;
• a 300sqm detached villa in Archerfield, East Lothian, comprising
five bedrooms and four public rooms;
• a 170sqm home in Kinross, Fife, with four bedrooms and three
public rooms.
Stuart Rennie, managing director, Lomond Timber Frame, said: “We’re
delighted to have secured this new business and are looking forward
to beginning these great new projects. Winning a quarter of a
million pounds worth of contracts so early in 2010 is a really
positive start and is testament to the quality of our products and
commitment to achieving the highest possible standards.”
